I'm Riaza Manricks, the Founder of this empowering venture. I am a seasoned leadership and business coach with over 15 years experience in industry and a passion for unlocking the potential in your business and your people. Having walked the talk myself, I know what it’s like to juggle the many challenges that come with being a corporate leader. I’m dedicated to supporting business owners and leaders to smash through mediocre and lead their teams to experience the results and outcomes they desire.
At Reimagining Business, we embrace the philosophy of meaningful transformation through conscious awareness and a growth mindset. I am certified in E-Disc, Meta Dynamics and Facilitation, allowing me to bring a unique approach to our coaching sessions and workshops.
Beyond my coaching journey, I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher, which adds a holistic dimension to our offerings. Our mission is to empower individuals and businesses to achieve unparalleled success and foster a positive impact in their spheres of influence.

Riaza played a critical role in my journey from being a Business Development Manager to my first role in People Leadership. Her coaching, guidance and mentorship gave me the safety and confidence to address issues within my team and overcome these hurdles as a new sales leader.
